Rosemary & Pomegranate Baked Plums

My mum and dad came to visit this weekend. It was wonderful as per. But my mum said “just enjoy everything you’ve got to do, because you’ve got to do it, so you might as well enjoy it”. I can be a grumpy guts, so it made a lot of sense.

Anyway, enough ramblings.

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees C
  2. Deseed and halve 5 plums.
  3. Place them on a baking tray and sprinkle on some palm sugar, pomegranate seeds and rosemary
  4. Roast for about 20 mins
  5. Dig in!
