A Scotch Egg Recipe for My Dad

June 20, 2016

My dad grew up for quite a few years near Crystal Palace football ground. He always told me about his auntie Rose who would make scotch eggs from scratch. So, as it’s Fathers Day. I have made him a scotch egg recipe!

He often ponders that he thinks they are possibly quite easy, but he hasn’t ever made them. So, I thought I would make them and dedicate this recipe to my dear papa! He is a legend and he always makes me realise that what seems impossible could actually be quite possible. Thanks dad!
